Small underlying swell but easy waking conditions with wonderful reflections waking to and back from Puffin, seeing a few seals round the back. Despite the perfect conditions wasn't wholly into it today so 3*, felt my turns were getting tighter then seeing newbie Aaron reminded me to push myself more, maybe that's what I needed.
